Hi, pretties! I've had a few requests for my latest everyday makeup routine as it has changed a bit so here it is. As usual, each photo will take you to the items pictured if you want them for yourself. Xoxo.
As you know, I recently started hormones which unfortunately came with something that I absolutely dread...acne. The Clearing Skin Wash from Dermalogica is my favorite for acne. When I'm having a good skin day and don't want to use anything too harsh on my skin, I use the SkinActive Soothing Milk Face Wash with Rose Water from Garnier.
This Youth Liberator Serum from Yves Saint Laurent is a bit pricey but I promise you it's worth it. I've tried many serums including Chanel's and this is my absolute favorite.
Next, I put this Urban Defense Complexion Primer from Urban Decay all over my face and also my eye area. In the past, I used a separate primer for my eyes but it seems like a marketing gimmick to me.
I switched back to the Le Teint Ultra Tenue Ultrawear Flawless Foundation in 20 beige due to the hormone change because this foundation offers more coverage. I love how light it feels and it smells good as well. I apply all over my face using a damp Beauty Blender.
I absolutely love this bronzer. I've never used another. I use it in medium and apply using the Luxie Rose Gold Contour brush #542. I apply it to my cheek bones, the tip and sides of my nose and on my hair line all over my face.
This Tarteist Double Take Eyeliner from Tarte is the best in my opinion. I use the liquid liner for the top line. For everyday makeup, I only do the top but if it's a special occasion or I want a more dramatic look, I'll apply the gel on my bottom line.
I've seemed to be using this truly lush primer/mascara duo from Honest Beauty a lot lately.
This seems to be my go to product for lip color lately. I have this Tarteist lip paint from Tarte in multiple colors and highly suggest it for long and durable wear.
My last step is to spray this All Nighter Setting Spray from Urban Decay all over my face and if I've applied lip color, I rub my lips together for maximum wear due to the spray.
Well, dearies....that's it! I will work on doing a video tutorial for this look when I'm feeling a little bit better. Sending so much love to all of you! Xoxo.
